★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the Online team, I would appreciate the help they provided me with clarifying some questions (2 stars are for the online team). But I have waited over 30 mins to talk to someone in the office and as usual no one responded. I just called them few minutes a ago and trust me, does not matter what time of the day you call. They will never pick up the damn call. I am very disappointed by the customer service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful. Contacted them via telephone and email to clarify some questions that I had regarding my application. The only response I got was "just submit the application".
Worst part is you will get different answers for the same question based on the person who answers your call. You are most likely to get contradicting information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called many times at different time of day They never pick up the call. it’s been a year since I submit my application, last time they send me an email was this February, now is July. I just want a answer from them, if the application doesn’t go through I might as well start packing up and book my ticket back home. But no, nothing, no answer, no reply, no email, nothing. What are they even doing in this freaking office? Probably just drink coffee eat donuts every day

I really do appreciate how their service has changed over the years. Happy with short wait times on the phone. They are very supportive and super quick at problem-solving.
