He was an honest realtor, someone who had years of knowledge and shared it freely and honestly. I, very much appreciated his ability to understand what we wanted and needed for our growing family and was very patient with us buying our first property. In my opinion, Kevin and Leanne are indispensable in there jobs, I cannot imagine trusting another person(s) with helping my family and I find our next home.

He pointed out things in potential properties that we never would have noticed. He cares about you and your family. When it comes time to sell our house in a few years we won’t go with anyone else but Kevin.

Kevin is extremely personable and friendly, while also being very knowledgeable in rural and city properties alike. His knowledge of home building is a big plus when going to see a home and he is a straight shooter and will be very honest with you. I can truthfully say in the experiences we have had he has always had our best interests at heart. One of the reasons why I like Kevin and Leanne is their ability to do the "homework" on properties and what is out there, providing you with honest data driven analysts of the market to help make decisions. On top of this he is an excellent negotiator and that is a plus that you need on your side. Hopefully we don't have to change homes for quite a while but if we do we are going back to Kevin, no questions asked. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a city home or rural property to give Kevin a call. You will not regret it.
