I was worried that he was maybe just telling us what we wanted to hear, but then he showed us the market data, what the current trends were, and how we could take advantage of timing in a hot market to make sure we could capitalize on the full value.
We sold our home first day for 99.2% of ask. We were blown away. He professionally handled the transaction, informed and updated us along the way, and we were so thrilled with the outcome.
He has a successful design and build renovation firm, so when it came time to help us buy a home, he helped plan and budget for the renovation.
