★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After working with a few different realtors, my wife and I decided to go with Derek to find our new place. Derek's great communication, expertise in the greater Calgary area and ability to negotiate were all important aspects that solidified our choice.
After about 4 months of looking, the perfect house came on the market. Derek's flexibility and dedication to his clients enabled us to view the place immediately and conditionally close within 12 hours of the posting being up.
Negotiations didn't stop there, as Derek was able to work with the sellers to add additional inspections and maintenance to the house before possession.
5/5 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Calgary area!
