J	Jake Hask on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection at large price. Asking the employees who work there what they think and the response I have gotten from a few of them is: Nice clean environment in which management thinks of you a serf. Will be fired if you speak up apparently!

He called when we got home...30 min later and they had given it to customer service and marked it left behind...he advised them we wouldn't be back in town for 5 days please put our name on it. I went to get it 4 days later and it was no longer there. The customer service(older lady) directed me to go grab it off the shelf and I did so and then showed her my receipt to prove my purchase and I was free to go. I give 3 stars because I can't give 3.5 it was crowded with items for sale in the lobby and outside infront of the entrance all along the curbside. I don't like the layout of the entrance/ exit as they are one in the same. They are always so busy that especially with the climate of covid the past couple years they should have a separate entrance and exit for people.coming and going.

I decided to place an order for an anti nausea and meal replacement drinks as I've been unable to keep food down. Having never ordered for pick up, I didn't realize there were time slots that would mean that I wouldn't be able to get my order anytime soon. I made a call to the PC Express department and the lady I had the pleasure of speaking to, made an exception for me to pick up my order in a time slot that was unavailable online. It is this type of "above and beyond" service that will make me sing the praises of your store to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much for helping me out in this already challenging time!!
S	Sharon Swindells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store with department section and pharmacy, which also has a drive-thru. Selection not as good as other grocery stores. IN ADDITION, while I admit my driving skills are not the best, I won't go to this store after dusk as the back of the parking lot and navigating the road up to it is way too dark for me to drive safely. ADDENDUM: I had to be out after dark tonight and went to pick-up, which is a great service. The lights at the back of the parking lot close to the road seem to be brighter now? I still like to follow tail-lights down the road to Queensway tho. Bring on summer!! Incidentally their sour dough bread is awesome.... almost makes up for never having Dempster's Caraway Rye ?

They had everything packaged and ready for pick up time and made sure we had utensils and enough dips for everyone. The food was fresh and still hot and my team love it. Thank you for helping to make a staff meeting great!

Some times the check out is very busy, with only a few cashier's working. Perhaps instead of beer checkouts have a lane or two for price matching/coupons as some people have quite a few of these and can slow down others who have more than 12 items.

Some things are well priced others are more expensive than other places. Good variety and selection. They also usually have a gift when you spend over a certain amount and I really like that. Big Joe Fresh selection and other household goods.
