Sadly even though I tell myself I'll make sure I watch closer next time, I rarely do and kick myself when I get home and review my receipt. It really gets frustrating and I hate how it continues to happen. I went again today. Found something on sale and it comes up at full price at the till and again I don't notice until I come home. If there is a bin filled with the same brand of something with a big sign saying $7.99 you would expect to be charged $7.99....except you get charged $10.99 instead. Happens all the time and I'm at the point where I expect it to happen each time I go shopping there.

As we heard closing announcements we hurried through and made it up to the tills. We were in line for about 10 minutes cause there was only one till open and the other girl was only taking debit…., once I got up to the till. I was bagging and the manager was staring at me I said “feels like I’m the only one left in the store” and I laughed a little. Hurrying. Then she says “the store closes at 11 not shop till 11” rude. Won’t be back. I don’t even live in Calgary. I could just imagine how she talks to her employees ?
R	Rebecca Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience, as others have noted. The store is quite dirty, and of much lower quality than any other Superstore I have visited. I would not recommend shopping here. Their merchandising desperately needs a makeover. All of their pre packaged BOH areas could use a deep clean.
D	David Gorman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No real problems. Just little things that bug me. Like having to have a loony to get a cart, not having pepper bags as an option, and charging for the plastic ones. Also the cheese was expensive. Other than those small things, the place was nice and clean, and fully stocked, with no big lines. So, overall pretty good.
V	Victor Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This superstore is convenient for me to pop in after work or during lunch. It is a little busier but I usually find all the products that I need. Parking is easy and never an issue. I also like how the organized their clearance section which makes it easy to shop off season supplies such as Christmas, etc. The store itself is relatively clean and spacious. Even with crowds, I never felt confined. Staff seem nice and the few times that I have asked for help, they seem happy to assist.

I have noticed that she treated different "color" people with different attitude. I was in line to pick up grocery this morning. The lady in front of me was Caucasian and this women treated her nicely and friendly, but she talked to me in a way which was very rude! We were both here to pick up things, but why did she use different tone and attitude to treat your customers? One of the most important reason I like Superstore is diversity. It's not only the product we buy from Superstore but also the environment and the people. I am very disappointed with this shopping experiences. I just want to speak up so that at least someone is aware that your employee is not being trained properly to treat people equally.
