★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who collects optimum points and uses them, or in this case tried to use them, maybe as part of training, employees can learn what they are and understand how to help a customer redeem them. I said twice that I wanted to pay using my points, the cashier clearly didn't have a clue what I was taking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the kind of place with most miserable, incompetent and useless management; you can tell by 1) the understaffed operation and 2) the disempowered clerks that cannot offer the discount customers think they are entitled to neither can they tell them off so they can move on to the next in line. So instead we all have to wait to checkout while each clerk demands the other stop doing whatever they're doing to help the customers checkout, while both refuse because they are with customers and the absent manager, well I guess only god knows.
