Best Grocery store in Canada

N	Neha Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean grocery store with multiple options available most of the time. It's clean, big and staff is helpful here. This store can get pretty crowded at peak hours but otherwise always a positive experience visiting here.
j	jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smaller and less selection relative to most superstores in the city, but I enjoyed the convenient location. I used to go regularly when it first opened, but I stopped when my validated parking ticket failed 4 visits in a row (they validate your parking when you spend over $20). You're either forced to pay or hold up a line of impatient people trying to get someone to help you get out. Ended up being too much of a hassle to go back.

It's a great location for people living or working downtown, nice walking distance. Use the west entrance though, the east entrance is serviced by a single elevator; it can be quite a bottleneck compared to the escalators on the west side.
p	prairieeyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need a better system at customer service and washrooms. I understand the need for locking the washrooms, but there has to be a better system. Was standing in line for the washroom for 5 minutes, which is fine they are busy and understaffed. But I got budged 3 times, they helped those people first. I felt like I wasn't going to get into the washroom if I didn't do the same thing. Was told to wait at the washroom. Didn't get let in. Went back to customer service, they were helping others that came after me. I had to go to the library. And I didn't end up shopping there after that experience.
H	House Of Horrors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Great location but the homeless really stop me from giving more stars. Very unfortunate that this is next to a homeless shelter. It's dangerous at night time and there always seems to be a disturbance in the store from said homeless people. Lots of security at least but I'm sick of dealing with the crazy homeless at this location. They are CRAZY!! I'm not exaggerating. The poor staff members.

Great berries and alternative food selection, and most of the staff are kind and supportive. Make sure to validate your parking ticket at the cashier to avoid paying for parking.

Has 1/2 of an aisle for the international section which is very small for a location of this size but I've noticed that a lot items that would normally be in that aisle have actually been incorporated into other aisles. Staff have all been kind and helpful, but sometimes at the self-check out area it can be challenging to get assistance. I've noticed the staff in the area are actively wiping down the baskets and the registers, but haven't seen them wipe down the shopping carts. This location also has a very small Joe Fresh section (mostly kids clothing and footwear) and a pharmacy section as well. Overall a good location with usually a good selection!
V	Victor Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were excited when they announced the arrival of Real Canadian Superstore in East Village. Its a significant change from what's available in downtown. The store is on the second floor with a smaller footprint. However, most essentials are available here and usually better stocked since most people don't think to come here. Staff are efficient and maintain a clean environment that is inviting to shop at. The Joe clothing area is much smaller so choices are limited. However, there is a pharmacy which is convenient to have around. This Superstore is worth going if you're in the area or you live nearby.
