★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review specifically regarding Serge in building maintenance. I cannot express how many times he has gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful to me. You truly are an asset and so wonderful to have around the building. Update: I had a terrible experience with the other maintenance fellow just recently ( I won't name him) but he was extremely patronizing and unhelpful! I will still keep my 5 star review because Serge really goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful and all other experiences with this building have been wonderful.

11032021: Yay luke warm water (still happens regularly)
01262022: in case you're wondering if things have changed. Getting hot water here is and has been an ongoing challenge. In addition, the building is def on the cooler side of things (4 years+ exp). Even when cranked all the way up. The space will remain cool/cold in -20 weather. I speak for the bigger units...maybe the smaller ones have better luck?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulse Evolution condo is very well maintained, if you live facing north the view is spectacular. From 14 to 32nd floor. It is million dollar view as what people say & you will see it yourself if you live there. Surprisingly enough, it is very quiet but maybe it depends on your condo unit too. The largest suite each floor is suite ending 03 with the exemption of the suite on the highest floor they are quiet large specially the Penthouse of course.
So many amenities nearby such as; restaurants, hotels, dental clinic, bar, city library, studio bell, Superstore, Scotia Bank, Winners, Pizza, Liquor store, Red Bloom Hair Saloon, Bakery, Coffee shop, St Patrick's Island Park, dog park, walking trail & many more.
