★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This superstore has a lot of parking. Although you have to walk to the first floor to enter, but that's fine. I got most of the products that I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products on shelves without their prices! This is what the Real Canadian Superstore chain has turned themselves into. On top of that, price checking scanners are most the time offline as seen in the picture below.

Calls me to ask if i want substitutions or not- basically everything you say on that call doesnt matter because they just charge you for the subs even when you dont want them - or charges you for subs and doesn't give them to you. Refunds dont happen 50% of the time either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good. One of the managers, dk her name, she's an Indian, I asked fr hr help and she was behaving as if she don't care. I saw her talking rudely to the employees too. Superstore management should work on this thing too. Respect all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there last week and the eggs were completely sold out and the egg cooler door was wide open, smashed eggs in the cooler all over the ground. I had to buy the very last bag of hamburger buns and they were squished and the bakery clerk gave me some guff before marking it down. For some reason the women's washroom are always disgusting here, and that makes me feel ashamed as a woman. I used to think that only men's washrooms were gross but this location has proved me wrong. We've also seen unsupervised kids digging into the sealed bags of marshmallows on the baking aisle. Yuck, and during Covid times too. I saved my reciept and will be complaining to Loblaws, why I should spend a fortune in such a disgusting store , when I can go to Save on Foods or Safeway and not be shopping in what looks like an indoor toilet street market in filthy condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the store is alright. All your grocery needs can be found at this location. There are, however, a couple issues that needed to be pointed out. The prices for some reason differ from location to location. King George location always seems to be at a reduced price compared to Delta. There is always the crazy wait time at the pharmacy, which can sometimes take up to a day to get medicine. Lastly, the crazy price hike is insane, its like everything has gone up like $0.25.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been shopping at this superstore for a couple years now. The customer service has never been good and the employees NEVER know what isle anything is in so I always have to search for things on my own which can be quite timely. Today the scanner wasn't scanning an item in the self checkout so we asked for help then one of the employees fixed the problem but, as we were leaving the store, the ladies at the customer service desk tried to accuse us of stealing. Why would we ask for help to scan an item if we were trying to steal it? I don't know if it was a race thing but it made me never want to come back to shop here again. Also pretty sure I ended up getting charged twice for the item...
