K	Kenneth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mobile shop! I'm with Koodo and used to do my business with them at Scottsdale mall before it closed down. I didn't know that you could actually get Koodo plans and phones through third-party retails (silly me), so I was quite surprised when they told me they could. I walked by this shop a thousand times, and never really thought twice about it. I'm really glad that I decided to stop by there and ask a few questions. I ended up with a new cell phone and an awesome plan with Koodo. Extremely helpful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

At first we thought that my previous provider had not released my phone number when I changed providers. After hours and hours of trying to figure out why my new cell phone wasn't working, followed by hours talking to both my previous cell phone provider and my new one, I was at my wits end. I hadn't been able to use my new phone for 5 days! Finally, my new cell provider, Virgin, informed me that it must be my phone. It was defective! I went back to were I bought it and to the person I bought it from: Tevandeep Singh at the Mobile Shop in North Delta's Superstore. Not only did he give me a new phone, he gave me 16GB of memory for my new phone. After all that angst, I was very pleased with the outcome and I have a new working phone. Thank you Tevandeep.

These two guys (Zakaria and another guy with a tiny ponytail) were demeaning and were talking like they did not want to be there and just wanted you to leave. I wanted to upgrade my plan and basically their whole vibe was everything is on the website why did you come to us, only come to us if you if you will buy something or get out. This experience was deeply traumatizing and I implore to stay from this store unless you want to be demeaned have a poisonous experience.
