★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a little tip. If you see a product with a disc. sticker and you happen to have a cellphone on you, take a picture before you put it in your cart. I picked up a pre-washed bag of spinach today that was discounted. I went through the cashier line and after paying for my groceries, I looked at the receipt and noticed I did not get my disc. for the spinach. I asked the cashier and his reply 'ARE YOU SURE THAT STICKER WAS ON THEIR ?' I asked him are you implying I put a 30% disc., sticker on this bag of spinach? No comment from him, he just turned his head. I did speak with MGMT and what I should have requested was for them to pull the camera above the bagged spinach area, pull the cashier in and let him watch and learn not to be accusatory. Customer service, no - it does not exist that went out the door a very long time ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you order PC Express (where you pull up and they bring it to your car), you better give yourself extra time. It's rare for the wait time to be less than 20-30 minutes. Time is money, and I'm tired of mine being wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the produce has declined. Prices are ridiculous. A bag of avocados which use to be 3.99 are now 7.00. A bag of oranges are 8.00. Went to buy some asparagus the quality was terrible. Use to be decent but lately I have been disappointed. I mean this could be due to the economic climate that we live in…scary non the less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get groceries, however got to watch expiry dates on fresh produce. Very low shelf life on some products. Otherwise we'll organized with the exception of very long aisles to walk down. Waste of time in a lot of cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to the Southport Superstore. To be honest I stopped shopping at the superstore chain since they got cheap on the points that they award you. But I was in the need of a fresh roasted chicken and a salad for supper, so I popped in for a "quick" look and a chicken. An hour later, I had a overloaded shopping basket and a whole lot of items that I haven't seen in a long time.
The store was so clean, well organized, well stocked, bright and the cashier that I had was amazing. I think I will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is your prime example of a Superstore, well stocked, very clean, lots of staff and great prices.
On top of that man checkouts opened (when I visited) and I didn't have to wait in line.
If you're looking for groceries and an assortment of other stuff, I would recommend coming here rather than the mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crook of a company. That or they don’t have a clue. On more than one occasion, I go in to buy sale items and they seem to always be out of stock, if it’s a good deal. Not just one day of the week, but multiple days. What’s the point of having a sale, if you don’t have the product on the shelves. If you know you’re gonna have a sale, order the product so you can put it on the shelves. And if you don’t have the product all week, during a sale, then Give us rain cheques. Something you’ve oddly stopped doing. I’m sick
And tired of big business giving up on customer service and satisfaction, due to greed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping store- groceries, produce, clothing, pharmacy, etc. It's indeed big and spaced out. I find majority of household items I need here. I love the versatility as well...lots of options to choose from. This store also provides international groceries for immigrants.
Another thing worthy of note is the quality of produce here. Always fresh. I've never bought produce I'm unhappy with. If you are plantain lover, you can never go wrong with Superstore. They always have fresh and healthy looking plantains. Okra too.
