We had an initial conversation and he created a portal for us based on our requirements which sent us notifications whenever there was a new house in the market matching our criteria or if there was any price change. Jim was very accommodating and responsive as he adjusted all the house showing according to our schedule, sometimes on very short notice. He was very particular about details and also educated us along the way. This was very helpful for us as first time home buyer. Finally, we found our home in less than 3 months. I'm not going to bore you with a generic review that leaves off at saying something like "if you want service, why not take the guy with 20 years' experience?".
