Jessica Chan just recently sold my house in 4 days at a good price. Understandably, this is a Seller's market, but still, the excellent services she provided to me made me feel very confident that I picked the right person to sell my house. I selected her over another Realtor is that she was helpful enough, without me asking, to offer and hook me up with a plumber and handyman to finish off the two improvement items. Although I choose not to finish off the two minor improvements later, I really appreciate her initiative to help me. Her current knowledge of the market direction was instrumental in her suggesting a higher posting price for my home. Her service also included her own team of photographer, web developer and in-house printing service to produced high resolution 3-D Virtual walkthrough and sale brochures to attract to buyers anywhere online. In just one days after she started, she and her team was able to post my house on MLS with the Virtual Walkthrough. That helped me to attract an out-of-province buyer to purchase my house. I really appreciate that she never talked hard-sales talks to me, which I really hate and see right through, and was pleasant and helpful. I'd think of you again, Jessica, when I have to sell or buy the next house.

Jessica is an acclaimed real estate professional and 'she knows what she does' and she is highly professional including her team. She is not in the profession 'just to be there' and I found that she went above and beyond my expectations. I was out out of town while she sold my home and she was very helpful in contracting handymen and technicians and in supervising the improvement work of the home when I could not be there myself to inspect home improvement work, especially in winter snowy conditions. She did all these work very well and sincerely and she knows well what improvement works would increase the selling price a home - a very important aspect. At the end of the day, Jessica sold my home well above the price that a few other professionals in her field told me how much worth my home would be after the completion of improvement works. She did not charge me for a new garage door opener of my garage which was lost. I shall highly recommend her and please always tell her beforehand clearly what you want from her and what your expectations are .
