To be honest, I don't usually write online reviews. But in this case I felt that I had to, simply because, making the most important purchase of your life requires the expertise of a real estate agent, who knows and understands the industry extremely well. Nezam is that expert! He flawlessly handled both the sale and a purchase transactions for our family. He thoroughly analyzed our needs and wants and presented us with several excellent options. Once we picked the house of our dreams, he negotiated the price, which was well within our budget. Finally, the words that come to my mind to describe our Real Estate experience with Nezam are: Smooth, Trustworthy and Focused. P.S. Nezam is also an engineer at heart, so he made sure that we buy a solid home that will keep us happy for years to come.

Where can we start?!?!!! My two children and I were outgrowing our condo in Scarborough but finding it very difficult to leave since we loved everything about it. I came across a townhome listing on realtor.ca in the community that was in the same townhouse complex I lived 15 years ago and minutes from my kids new high school and from my work. I admit that I am an over the top, type A, extremely picky and meticulous individual and boy, did it exceed my checklist! It had all the bells and whistles and then some, completely gutted and renovated from top to bottom to all colours and design that I adore…modern glam ? with a city vibe. I was quick to contact the listing agent and that was the start of our journey and when we first met Nezam Ayam. From the get go, Nezam was extremely professional, intelligent, kind and well mannered. He did everything correctly and with perfection from the signing of the representation form to arriving early for our showing with a very warm and friendly attitude. During the showing, the minute I walked through the door, I instantly fell in love again! I never thought I could fall in love with another home. The workmanship and attention to detail was perfection and the colours and materials used were spot on… not only was it luxurious, the place smelled incredible… Nezam was there every step of the way to answer every single question with ease and boy did I have ALOT of them! I was weary of a bidding war so when it came time to put in my offer, I put my best foot forward and my offer was immediately accepted! It was an effortless process and Nezam made that happen ? percent. He is the most honest and upfront professional realtor that I have ever encountered in my lifetime and this was my fifth home purchase therefore I did have my share of experiences. He was unlike the other sketchy agents that try to milk every penny out of you and that try to create bidding wars against the buyers which result in buyers committing above their means. I trusted Nezam so much at that point, that I asked if he can represent my family to sell our condo. In less than 24 hours, from the very first showing, he sold our condo above asking!!! We could not have asked for a better agent and experience during an already challenging time and high demand market. We would not hesitate to give Nezam 5 plus stars ?. I have already recommended him to a neighbour. We have not only found the best realtor, we have found a friend in Nezam. You are a remarkable professional and incredible soul Nezam.
