We appreciate frequent communication and Bill delivered. He let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. He listened to our needs and budget and more .he recommended a lender to compare. It took a while with affordable homes going quickly, but Bill was on top of it the whole time. We made several offers on a few homes and finally had an offer accepted on our third try. He was great to work with and answered every question. We closed in four weeks. It’s our dream home. . If one of them was unavailable for a showing, they would send one of the others on the team. There was never any pressure to do anything either. I was searching endlessly for a real estate agent I could trust and when I found Brandon I stopped looking (when you call him, you will understand why - do not hesitate).
