Day 1 he informed of what was need to sell and buy and made sure we were comfortable with the requirements. He gave us advice on what was needed to be done prior to staging. Please heed to his advice and you will see the reward in the end. He is a perfectionist and there is a method to his madness. Staging was free and done professionally in less than a month as we wanted to sell list our home quickly. Our home sold for a record price the highest for a town house in the area of 401 and milner.
