Bondy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was concerned about severe pain I was experiencing in my R hip, and thinking - arthritis, possible surgery, loss of mobility, etc. My doctor suggested that a physiotherapist might help. And she was right. I chose Re+Active Physiotherapy & Wellness initially, based on convenience - right next-door to my physician's office. It was a good move. The PT I met with there is Shailendra Pratap Singh. He evaluated my situation and correctly diagnosed the cause of my discomfort - IT Band Syndrome (common in runners). Subsequent, appropriate therapy resulted in relief of pain. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing a good physiotherapist.

Carrie is always quick to greet me with a warm smile and genuine conversation, and Shailendra and Prajekta are arguably two of the most experienced, knowledgeable, educated and helpful physiotherapists I have ever recieved care from. I have had chronic back discomfort for most of my adult life and have been to a variety of practitioners, including other physiotherapists, without any long lasting relief-regardless of homework I was given. Shailendra was so thorough in his initial assessment, that I went home that day and told my husband, "I think my chronic back discomfort may actually have been figured out for the first time!" I am so pleased at how he viewed me as a whole person, everything being connected, rather than solely focusing on the the anatomical position of my pain. He was very respectful of my wishes, and I felt like I was included in making my plan of care with him, which has been empowering. I now feel confident that I have many tools in my toolbox to assist me along my journey. Shailendra was also incredibly helpful in rehabilitating my hand back to a fully functional capacity after I broke it, which has been such a relief! I feel so grateful for this clinic and staff, and the additional types of therapy they offer. It is truly apparent how dedicated and passionate they are about helping people, as they continually exceed my expectations for both myself and my husband who is also in extensive therapy with Shailendra after a workplace injury. I had been suffering with constant pain and headaches from degenerative disk disease of the cervical spine. E	Eric Shippelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for quite sometime now, I 75% tore my ACL and had a bucket handle tear of my meniscus that locked my knee. The only way to correct my injury was through surgery. I have had quite the run around with the health care system and ended up finally getting a referral to a private surgeon in Calgary through WCB. For this run around before my surgery I had to go to physio for pain management and to reduce swelling while increasing blood flow. I am so thankful for Shail and Prajakta. They have done a wonderful job doing this, made me feel like family, given me hope and made me feel good about the process. They take the time to explain what is going on, the different structures inside your knee, the way they are helping and the procedures they are going to use to make the issue better. I had an amazing 3 months of help before my surgery, now I have been going for my post operation physio, it is more physically demanding, a little painful at times but this is all worth it because I am seeing the rewards to our work and exercise. I know I will have alot more work to do to fully recover but I think it should be known what a great place this is. From the owners to the staff, very friendly, very professional, and most of all they make you comfortable and actually care about you. Thanks so much for everything you guys have done and keep up the amazing work.

Within a short time, my back feels stronger and I’ve noticed I’m able to continue with my swimming and walking without the pain. I really appreciate how open Shailendra was about discussing my malady and teaching me about symptoms versus locating where the pain originated. He was very intuitive and his care plan included leading edge, high tech devices with various types of therapies. His staff were organized and friendly.
