They’re doing their best so like don’t hate on them. The food was yummyyyy. I feel like there are lots of teens who hangout here cuz they can’t drive and they’re waiting for their moms to pick them up lol. Good food tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told us to come back in 20-30 minutes and our order would be seen, don’t waste your time here. Run by absolute children service is straight dog water. The lights leaving also take there sweet as time, but seriously McDonald’s (Sylvan lake) come on such a destination town and you do this pathetic!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ id like to add more stars for the teen workers but I'm letting the store get away with this stuff. iv lived in sylvan for over a year and go to McDonald's almost every day, the only good workers iv had have been teenage girls. I went one day back in January only to see a teen get yelled at by their manager. the food is most always cold and/or made wrong.
just like almost every other drink/fast food place its full of teenagers and Muslims (im so sorry if that offends someone, im not sure where they are from.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaylee ! One of the most friendliest staff members McDonald’s has in Sylvan Lake ! Great customer service, she made a wicked tasting fresh coffee and offered to make 2 fresh hash browns as breakfast was almost over and they were sold out. She chatted and kept great conversation while I waited. For someone with anxiety this can be a huge relief to have a conversation while waiting.
Manager on shift was also great, very friendly with customers and her staff ! First time I have seen a McDonald’s manager lead there team in a positive matter. The Younger guy working even acknowledged the floors could use attention and offered to mop store entrance with it being quiet. Great Initiative. Very clean store as well. 5 stars. Experience was so great it made me miss living in Sylvan Lake. Give this location a huge recognition and a gift card, they deserve it for how they represent your franchise !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a customer at the window, usually it's good courtesy to talk to them first before going back to taking orders on the microphone and ignoring the person who was there first. I had a simple question about getting my debit receipt, but instead have to block the lineup and wait for her to finish taking 2 or more orders before she could give me a half answer. Yes I was petty and waited till she'd talk to me, but ignoring me kind of set me off.
