★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to Shopper's almost exclusively for pharmacy needs so I can only speak to them: All of the staff is very polite and professional, many are kind and knowledgeable and a few are new and still learning. They continue to have a very reasonable turn around time on medications despite all the issues related to covid. *HOWEVER* They do not require customers to wear masks and some staff were wearing a splash shield but no mask underneath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long time customer of Shoppers Drug Mart, I would have to say overall, I have had a good experience there, until I dealt with Haley. She filled my son's prescription incorrectly not once, not twice but several times. Instead of confirming the products I was trying to fill, as she obviously had no idea, she continued to give products that I did not need. She was rude to both my husband and my daughter who were only trying to pick up the prescription and ending up deliberately kicking over a garbage can due to her frustration and incompetence. Very unprofessional!!! She is a good example of a person who shouldn't deal with the public. Now my son is using the wrong products as it is just easier than trying to explain to her what he needs. In the future I will only deal with Shelley who I find to be very competent and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Slowest service. They barely acknowledge your at the counter. Be prepared to wait several hours for your prescriptions. Would be faster to drive to Red Deer for an urgent prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this location today with some friends, we where simply walking around looking at the different makeup they have. When a worker who claimed to be the manager stared us intently. She then proceeded to ask us if we needed any help in a very condescending tone. After we told her we were just browsing she proceeded to approach us and get in my friends face. She then told us she didn’t like our attitude and kicked us out of the store. We had just wanted to buy some makeup. It is believed to have been racially or homophobically motivated but we can not be too sure. We are very disappointed that we could not get what we needed and that we were treated this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest pharmacy in town. I don't often need prescriptions, so I forgot how bad it is here. Twice in the last couple of weeks simple prescriptions (counting pills) have taken over an hour to fill. I know they need to be careful and precise in their work, but it seems as though they are trying to move as slow as possible. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes before they even acknowledge you as a customer. Generally frustrating.
Other than that the place is great. Friendly and helpful service in all other departments. Even Canada Post, which can be notorious for being rude. Here I find them to be super nice and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are promoted to get tested for COVID. Yet when I as your pharmacy staff politely about the tests the response was “ what COVID test” in Jst the most annoyed tone. The lady honestly seemed like she hated her job. Maybe quit ?♂️
