★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday for a sofa, bought it and the next day I went back because I changed my mind and learned there is no refund, sales are final but nobody mention it they just said sign here without saying nothing else. Not very honest pratice, NEVER buying from them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walk in there with my family. And a pretty young girl walks in right after us. The salesman runs to her and asked her if he can help her. I found that very rude. So I am assuming he's not there to sell. Maybe its a pick up place for him lol.

The was trying to decide what I wanted for me, and as soon as I said I'd go see elsewhere he became extremely rude and was visibly angry at me. If you want your commission, at least try to be nice dude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Bought a sofa more than 3 months ago, paid $650 deposit, and that's the last time I've heard from them. They just steal your money. The clerk at the store told me they have my sofa in stock he even went in the back of the store to double-check, and told me is ready to be delivered. As I said, it's been already 3 month since. No follow up.
Disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of now, I have ordered an oven back in easly april for when I would move to my new house in late May, I was guaranteed by the shady salesman that I would have it for sure at that time. 3 days prior to my move I was called by them telling me that the delivery would be pushed back to June 15th, and guess what, still nothing from them. We have complained and asked for solutions from the store manager and still nothing. A complete disappointment on all levels from our standpoint.
