Ils les ont remplacé rapidement pour un prix raisonnable, le samedi en plus en seulement quelques heures, ce qui faisait mon affaire puisque c'est mon outil de travail et que j'en ai besoin la semaine. Le nouveau port Usb ne chargeait pas aussi vite qu'avant et il me l'ont remplacé gratuitement, ce qui a réglé le problème. Excellent service. Si toute les entreprises étaient comme eux, le monde serait meilleur! Je recommande fortement.
My 4.5 year old Hawei mate 9 needed a battery and a usb port. They replaced them quickly for a reasonable price, on Saturdays in just a few hours, which suited me since it's my work tool and I need it during the week. The new USB port was not charging as fast as before and they replaced it for me free of charge, which fixed the problem. Great service. If all companies were like them, the world would be a better place! I highly recommend.
