★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my car's key fob because a chip within it had begun lifting off the circuit board. I asked him to reflow the solder to reattach it, and now the key actually unlocks my car (after a year of not working).
I asked him to do the same thing to the radio receiver chip in my car's radio, because it had also broken a few of its pin connections on the board, and now my formerly broken radio works again. He did this all in 20 minutes for a very reasonable fee.
Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Avenir several times to fix my TVs, cameras, and projectors. They have always done top notch work to save used electronics from the garbage heap and give them new life. And they do it all at amazing prices. I had my projector sent in to them for repair. They cleaned the interior sensor, which was a complicated procedure, fixed the fans, and now it basically it runs like new, all for a cost of around 100$. Other companies wanted to charge 3x the price for the same work, not a viable cost effective option, especially when new projectors can be had for around 600$ of nearly the same quality.
They have always been friendly, courteous, and honest, doing what they can to satisfy the customer. Highly recommended. Pics: Notice dust blobs are gone and fans are working properly

They fixed my home subwoofer amplifier for a fair price.
They will credit the diagnostic fee towards your reparation fee, which is nice as well.
Also, they set the right expectations so all in all warmfull recommendation.
