We had no idea how to address it, but seeing that we are planning to finish our basement it is required. I was given a recommendation to RCC so went ahead and gave them a call. They were very responsive and Mauro came over to assess, explain the difference services needed based on crack location, and get the quote in. Online option for deposit and final payment was very convenient. On the day Paul from the crew was great to explain everything that was happening and ensure we were satisfied. The winter will be the true test, but we were very happy with your experience with RCC and would highly recommend them.

I had work done this Monday and Tuesday. The crew, headed by Paul, was very attentive and professional. Even though the weather was very hot, they finished the work properly. The guys were courteous and I felt I could rely on their work. I highly recommend this company.

Then, I searched on HomeStars, and found RCC, the reviews were very good and specially the life time guarantee attracted me. I called them up and they were super fast to visit and assess the property. RCC team arrived as per the scheduled date & time. Weather was not friendly during the first two days of the job, but the team was dedicated and did their job with all the snow-fall and wind-chill. They finished the job in time and beyond my expectations. I would strongly recommend RCC for waterproofing jobs as they are very professional with over 100 years of experience in this business, specially their life time guarantee is amazing, it removes all your headache. RCC sent out their sales representative Justin to go over the scope of work. Justin did a fantastic job giving me a detailed step by step outline of everything that was to be done. Justin also was able to generate a quote which ended up being the best out of all the competition. RCC was very accommodating with when the job was to be done. Roger and his crew was very polite, tidy, and professional. They kept me well informed with everything that was happening. All in all I'd like to thank everyone at RCC Waterproofing for doing a fantastic job from start to finish.

Justin handled everything with the utmost professionalism and kept us well informed on each step in the process including facilitating payment directly through their website and ensuring scheduling was a good fit for our timing. On work day, the team was right on time and the team lead did an excellent job keeping me updated on each step of the repair process. This included taking photos of each process step and making the photos available to me for my records... very impressive! The work was completed efficiently and professionally including a very good clean up of all work spaces. George was my main contact and at first he was very helpful, honest and informative of the entire process. It took a month after leaving the deposit and haggling them to tell me when they are going to be coming out to do the work. Choi and team came out and did the work which was tough and gruelling but it wasn't as what was agreed on in the contract. The sump pump pipe had two horizontal 90s which were supposed to be 45 degrees and the pipe was supposed to go 12ft from the house but was only 6ft (I had to fix on my own). The soil was not compacted down as the team said I wouldn't need it and it would be fine. A month later after a few rainfalls, the soil had settled 10"+ and is eroding my paving stone walkway. The sump pump works (the soil directs water to the house and the pump runs often) yet my basement is still dry. I reached out to George and RCC team and they have ignored my requests to come fix the issue even though the contract states they would fix settling of backfill. I thought these guys would be reputable being a Mike Holmes contractor and being in the news a lot. But the experience I had leaves me to not recommend these guys to anyone.
A	Alexandra Fung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauro assessed our property and was able to determine which areas of our house would have a potential leak. He was very prompt with his responses. He did recommend an external contractor (NOT associated with RCC) that would help us disconnect our a/c but we found he was unreliable so went with another contractor that we was referred through friends. Ryan and his crew was amazing! they came in and did everything in ONE day and took tons of pictures for us to view after it was done. They were able to put everything back (slab stones) in its original position and probably made it look nicer too! Mauro and Ryan were great and highly recommend them to our friends and families.
