★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very special place in the Village at Griesbach . Plaques recognizing Wartime and post war Aviators. Sketches of aircraft embedded in the concrete walkways and Lake Roundel, visited by lots of Canada Geese, all surrounded by some of the nicest homes in Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The planning seems a little weird but it's amazing that the sidewalk tiles are set in such a way it looks like an airplane. It always has bits of the history of the RCAF which is interesting for anyone into military history

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park uplifts me. The bronze plaque of John McCrae's In Flanders Fields gives me goosebumps reading it a day after Remembrance Day there, at this park. Heroic, nostalgic, melancholic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of Canadian Geese. Nice scenery. Nice place for a short walk. Very interesting plaques and sculpture. When you go, you will notice all the Air Force "planes".
