★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love to walk here and feed the ducks and geese. Construction is all completed and it is great! Lots of benches and flowers and wooden boardwalk and a nice smooth asphalt path. We love to stop part way for a soft ice cream cone at McDonalds and eat it by the lake. Lots of geese and ducks nest here and there will be little yellow chicks pretty soon as well as griebs and Coots. We bring my granddaughter and she loves to climb around on the rocks and feed the ducks.
We found wild bird food at the dollar store and they love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful end-of-summer afternoon walk. The City has done some major much needed renovations and have almost completed them (Sept 2021) making this a beautiful, peaceful walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a beautiful day to ride bikes with the kids today. Yes they are doing upgrades and construction around the lake. So a couple of detours but still a great way to spend an outing. They are replacing the lookouts and decks. Looking great! The girls and I had a great time today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for at least thirty years. My favourite lake in Edmonton. Dates,exercise,or walking my beagle. Nothing beats the great out doors . Beautiful wildlife ducks ? redwing black bird’s too the giant goldfish in the lake. I love ❤️ it there. Try to go in the light it’s not safe at night. Doesn’t have lights all the way around some dark spots. After your done and need food there are lots of fast food restaurants around. McDonald’s?????☕️? is close. Construction ? is finished and they did a great job ? it’s better then before by far. I did see coyote’s in the winter, so be aware. Lots of Geese. Even crossing the roads so careful. Not roller blading good yet lots of gravel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ November 1, 2021 The renovations are done and they are amazing, there is an awesome new wide asphalt trail. New decks facing the lake. This is an awesome gem in the North side of Edmonton. Always lots of waterfowl to enjoy. The lake was frozen a bit so my wife and I got a laugh watching the geese skate on the ice
Beautiful walk/run/bike around Beaumaris Lake. Right now there is a major renovation/upgrade on the trail around the lake so be careful as the trail is a little rough at times. It is definitely needed as the old trail and look out points are well worn. This is a piece of nature right in the middle of the city. I definitely recommend coming here for a breath of fresh air and enjoying the geese, ducks and pelicans.
