n	naresh chinni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst company ever I have worked they simply fire the guards no proper reason and minimum wage they will pay but they expect 20$ work but I think good experience in my carrer working with this kind of company. I can guarantee no growth with this company.So don't waste your time go for better company . I was surprised how this company has 4.1 google rating. Just think of it guys when you apply for this company.

All those 5 star are false most likely told by company to write. My friend was given unsafe site sure my other friend went on vacation they let him go. No wonder people do not stay. Good luck try other better caring companies. And if you going to leave reply to mine. Giving it better stars..wasting your time. Truth is truth.Management is like a used car sales men , wage promised is a lie, advancement is a lie . Almost everything they tell you is a lie. The schedulers pick and choose who they want to help out. I advise picking another company .Awful Company, very unprofessional. No Communication . They use their employees like animals and even after using them for their work like animals , they dont respect them . Mr. Mehdi is a completely non professional guy who doesnt know how to talk . Disgusting company.

If you're looking for a security guard job, please do not apply in RBG, you'll be miserable with no consistent hours, no permanent site, always on call, missing hours on payroll, unprofessional supervisors, and so on. RBG security is pathetic, worsened scoundrels to waste people's time and money. Stay Away from RBG Security. A sincere advice !

The company values their clients and employees by taking responsive actions and provides good pay rate and provides the best service for their clients. The staff is very co-operative and also provide required training for the Guards for responding in emergency situations and to provide the best service. V	Vanessa Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use RBG at my building for night security, 7 days a week. Our experience has been fantastic overall. The guards in our current rotation (Harpreet, Rajveer and Paramveer) are absolutely incredible, and take the safety of our building and the residents to heart. They are pro-active in their approach to the nightly security detail, and communicate immediately when something needs to be communicated. They're onsite to patrol the stairwells, residential levels and parking garage primarily, but have assisted the fire department when when needed while waiting for on-call staff to arrive. I trust them completely, and am thankful and grateful to have them on site as addional eyes when regular site staff are home. RBG as a whole is thorough, responsive and dependable. The RBG Team at every level makes the complex safer. Very thankful to work with them, and would absolutely recommend!!!
