d	david richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie Arevalo at this branch constantly put herself above the best interests of RBC and its customers. She has repeatedly sent away RBC clients, delayed services on purpose and fabricated non-existent procedures to timidate clients. Marie Arevalo has neither the minimum work ethics nor customer-oriented attitude. She could not care less about RBC's reputation or business performance. She is the worst ever employee.
J	Jonathan Schwartz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the branch today (quite hesitant due to past terrible experiences x 2!) to deposit a money order (which is considered as cash last time I checked!) and the teller had to go get the manager to authorize it?!? She and the teller both had standoffish tones with me as I brought up my disbelieve and asked why there is an authorization needed for the money order and why it is only this particular branch that gives me issues with service and transactions? She replied that she is sorry and I then replied this is the wort branch ever! I left disappointed yet again with this branch! The other 2 branches I go to on Queen's Quay and Bloor and Yonge are the best!!

RBC is currently within the top 10 bank financiers of fossil fuel projects in the world. The UN says we must cut carbon pollution in half by 2030 to “avert irreversible catastrophe"; RBC's pledge of net-zero by 2050 actively contributes 30 more years (at least) of fossil fuels.
D	Doug Eriksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling the St. Clair and Yonge Branch: 2 minutes and 40 seconds of automated messages that take me to a call center vs the branch I am actually calling. Person who answered doesn't know the answer (sure) and so puts me on hold. 5 more minutes of hold, then forwarded, to receive the following: "You have been forwarded to the voicemail message system of 'Must answer line'. 'Must Answer Line' is not available and the mailbox is full." And then the call ends. So it is 2021 and we just finished 16 months of online and phone banking and your phone system still isn't up and working.

I had a few question about an available offer in my account and literally nobody knew anything about it! The worst part is that they also pretended to know, started reading from my own notes and gave me wrong information! I could undergo paying a huge hidden fee ! Luckily I did my own research but will never go there again!
