Lack of customer service. Very slow. I think it's wrong not to have any male tellers and extremely sexist. I've been mullltiple times to this branch and the tellers can't answer my questions straight and full.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank!!!!! Was going to open an account there and I got nothing but attitude ended up walking out and staying with my current bank.

great staff, very happy with their customer service. moved from TD, RBC has qualified staff, TD had young people who are only happy to help the customers they personally know. RBC Alliston treats everyone equally.

Do not go to this branch unless you absolutely have to. Teller was unpleasant and indiscreet, manager was not respectful of our time in the slightest and not on top of his job. Went in on a Thursday to do a Wire within Ontario and It was not until I spoke with the Regional Manager on the Tuesday of the following week, so 6 days later, that I was actually able to have my funds hit the receiving account. The bank manager did not annotate the transfer correctly to show the due dilligence on the wire, and then fraud prevention flagged it on Friday with 4 questions which had to be answered. The manager did not call me to address the questions, and I did not even know there were questions until I CALLED Monday afternoon to find out where the heck my money was. When I heard the questions, they were all things I had already answered in his office. At that point the manager, Odelle, made a bunch of excuses, and then still did not hurry and get it done, and ducked my calls. On Tuesday, I called the regional manager and he was able to complete the transaction and apologized for the situation. I attribute this problem fully to the attitude of the manager, who does not treat people's time or money with respect. He has a very high opinion of himself in relation to his customers. Avoid at all costs.
