★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely frustrating trying to speak to someone. Not everyone has a push 1 or 2 question. Customer service is terrible. Waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. perhaps an option to leave a message for a call back would be helpful in difficult times such as reporting deaths in a family etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do all of my personal and corporate banking with RBC - most of transactions are handled at this branch. Staff are super-friendly, and go the extra-mile to ensure 100% satisfaction. This is a full-service branch, with everything from investment service, to mortgages, to corporate lending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... I've been on hold for about ten minuets now, so I thought I would share my thoughts about RBC in general. The people at the branch are friendly and relatively knowledgeable. But talking to a PERSON is like pulling hen's teeth! Ive left an urgent message with an RBC associate over an hour ago with no call back. So here I sits! Waiting!!!

Rbc as a whole are not there for you.the more they can pickpocket you with service charges the better for them.absolutely pathetic that it takes 50 days to get back a credit from my visa.if I was one day late on a payment they start charging interest.real con job.excuse after excuse and ridiculous service charges,credit union is free of monthly charges
