★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good to deal with - good interest rates. I didn't have any problem putting money in but getting money out was a hassle with daily/weekly and monthly limits - nay, 24 hour limits, so write down THE EXACT TIME and date that you did the last withdrawal because you won't be able to enter a transfer-out order until a FULL 24 hour period has expired. Neither their website or confirmation indicates the time of your last transfer so that will be the only way of telling. I guess they clock this for some reason. I had some problems with their system.
Recurring transfer requests mysteriously vanished. An attempt at linking account could not be verified due to funds not reaching the other institution. I tried to link an account on a long weekend. They could not address that until the Tuesday after. If you need your money in a hurry, be sure and plan well in advance because it took me more than twice as long as I expected due to these unforeseen hiccups. It was a pain and a big waste of valuable time. I had to keep going into my accounts to make sure the orders were filled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with one of the Mortgage specialist and it has been the worst experience I have had yet(and I normally bank with T.D) She has lacked communication and when asking for certain things she has not provided them. I feel ignored and well next time I am making an important purchase like a home I wont consider this branches help for anything.
Your St.Marys location have the best staff and I wish I had gotten someone from that branch.
