β β β β β Got my mortgage from there. I had money sitting on my RRSP that I could easily withdraw to pay 20% Down but nobody explained me about that. Not that much good support for 1st time home buyers. Not recommended.

β β β β β One of if not the worst RBC that I've ever been to. Waiting time is long. Staff and especially the manager are extremely rude. If you have any other option do not pick this branch.

β β β β β Just walked in to inquire about opening a tfsa , my banking app was not working so I couldn't look up my account number. I made the mistake of mentioning I thought I had a direct investment account, I got an eye roll and a phone number to call and felt brushed off . Couldn't even take a minute to look up my account and help me out..... poor experience.

The people are still friendly however since remodeling the wait time has increased greatly.
I use this branch for both business and personal. If I'm needing coin for work - it's close to a 30 minute wait. They used to be able to let 2 people get coin...now it's only 1, so if you go to personal line you are still still waiting for the 1 business girl!

β β β β β My usual branch....sometimes they r rude and I thought maybe because they get very at times....but today my friend was insulted and not treated well.....which makes me 100 % sure that this place is very unprofessional and racist when it comes to clients with Hijab on.....what a shame.....

Don't go there for withdrawal
They make you feel like you taking money from there pocket
And i waited 30 min when no one was there and i was the first client

β β β β β I hate to say but sometimes they treat you like a fraudster especially if you have a cheque that needs to be cashed....my friend was insulted when she went there....even though she gets this type of cheque for past 5 years and takes it to same branch but these people treated her in a way that she prefers to go to another branch even though this branch is right by her house....what a shame....but at least she will get the service she deserves...too bad for RBC who have this kind of employee's that doesnt represents it very well.....
The supervisors name who was so rude to my friend is Carter...that all she could read on the name tag......
