G	Giselaa Coronado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am completely disappointed. This branch provided me with the worst customer service and provided me with false information. Within this crisis, I had gone to the bank to deposit my cheque to allow the money to be accessible to me in the moment, but the representative told me that I had to preform my action through the ATM or online because they were not able to assist me, then I mentioned that using those sources put a hold on my cheque in which she replied saying 'well the bank holds in for 4 days unlike the machine, and we are not assisting clients unless it is a bigger matter" like excuse me?, I politely proceeded to the machine because I had no other choice, but i will never return to this location again. They need to better train their representatives when it comes to customer service and providing information.

I have to wonder if the RBC employer's there look to find ways to help client's, or look to find ways NOT to HELP client's!? "Mutual Funds Representatives" need TRAINING!

Was told the branch manager wasn't in at the time but would be in later that day and to check my accounts later that night. My card is still blocked two days later, I can't get any assistance over the phone and have been told I will have to wait until Wednesday when they reopen. I will be stranded without access to my account for close to a week, absolutely awful service. I do not recommend this branch as they aren't able to complete basic functions as promised.
