β β β β β Very unprofessional branch workers they made a mistake a few months ago I was unaware. The branch workers didn't send me an email stating they were gonna take my whole paycheck cause of a employees mistake but they did an two weeks before Christmas ugh very dissatisfied with the employees at this branch even the manager !!

β β β β β I would not recommend RBC let alone this branch. The service was completely unprofessional and rude, they didn't even try to help us. Ended up going to TD Canada Trust, they were helpful and were able to provide us with the services we needed.

β β β β β I was considering opening an account with this branch as it seemed RBC was good, however I visited the local branch here in Bonnyville and was met with disrespect when after talking with multiple others they were never treated that way. Iβm extremely disappointed.
