When I did he showed me what I wanted to see from a floor model then he advised me on pricing, extended warranty & delivery which made my decision to purchase easy. With the friendly & knowledgeable staff going to the store was the right thing to do.

We were told, with our mattress cover, we had 90 days to try the mattress or 180 days with a mattress cover purchased from The Brick. We were asked to try the mattress for 21 days to give our bodies time to adjust. It turned out that neither one of us liked the mattress so we returned it for an exchange. Both Julia and Philip were caring and so helpful. We are 100% satisfied with our new mattress and with the service we received. I would recommend them at any time.

She did not play the games that other furniture stores seem to engage in but constructively helped us find the mattress that suited our needs. I originally purchased a washer from here and had quite a few problems with it while it was still under the warranty period. After dealing with the manufacturer's customer service department, who's service was less than ideal (to put it nicely), I went back to The Brick to see if there was anything that they could do to help me. Julia Snow, who was not the salesperson who originally sold me the washer, took it upon herself to personally help me resolve the issue. She contacted several representatives from both the manufacturer and The Brick and was able to secure a return authorization. The manufacturer could certainly learn a thing or two about customer service from Julia. Julia then helped me purchase a new washer and dryer set (from a different brand and at a great price) that I am very happy with.

She didn't mind the late call, was empathetic to our issue and went above and beyond in terms of finding what we need and getting us a product in less than week!! Friendly and very personable, even offered to help us out with delivery options! The staff here are absolutely wonderful!!!
