★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. They do not return calls. Me and my family will no longer be banking with them. The snotty attitude once they answer the phone is mind blowing. I highly recommend avoiding this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pull out money from this bank. Note it's not my bank. But I needed money to pay my mechanic. It gave me two receipts saying card usage unauthorized. Twice. So I went to the TD. Did the exact same thing. And it gave me my money. Stupid!!
