★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This RB branch is the best in YYC that I have experienced. They are competent, friendly and flexible. Their management and senior people are not always having to check with the centre of the universe for every decision; unllike some other RB branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow, customer service at its best! We are a business account and rushed to the bank for a deposit. Our assistant made it to the door as they were locking it- she plead with them to allow her to deposit the cheque and they refused. All the while the employees were in the back joking and hanging around. Nice to know in today's busy world that RBC will go out of its way to help their customers - NOT!
ps I work in the customer service industry and have for over 10 years, you always go above and beyond for the client!

I appreciate and respect his guidance. He's also been fantastic at connecting me with the right advisors to make sure I get all my questions answered and get the best possible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time it is a positive experience. There is one staff member who is always always always talking, and it takes forever to get stuff done with them. That being said, I wouldn't bank anywhere else and I trust this branch over any banking branch I have been into ever. From where I live I drive past 3 RBCs to go to this branch, and I will stay with this branch no matter where I live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rbc bank is ridiculous it’s does’t help you when you need their help i have a issue on my chequing account and i call customer service they want me to go the branch britania to fix the restriction on my account i told them i was on isolation they pass me on to different a advisors but then they did’t fix it untill i went there.. i said i’am not supposed to me there but they want me to go so i just withdraw money but then i can’t use cash because i have to do all the buying on line coz i got covid positive.. its hard for me all my family is positive i can’t buy or use my debit to buy any thing i almost cried iam upset they give me too much stress.. i rather close this account if i get well??
