z	zinab albaiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse to accept my money. It isn’t some obscure currency, just AED. Their website says they accept it but the telling refused and was very condescending. He told me to go to TD instead. If I could give 0 stars I would.
H	Hutaf Shanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst RBC branch ever. Services are extremely slow, and I hate to say it but the tellers seems to only care for Chinese speaking customers. If you’re from non Asian ethnic group, expect to spend more than usual busy times.
V	VM Antoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. Only serve the Chinese community number 1. Slower than a snail. Always have workers walking around doing nothing. The security guards do half the work like restock envelopes, etc. FLUSH OUT THE STAFF AND RE STRUCTURE
V	Victor Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an RBC client for over 15 years. I've been to my fare share of branches. But this one by far the worst one yet. Numerous employees in the building, but only one teller open. Thats pretty foolish especially when 10 people are lined up outside the branch to see a teller along with 5 more waiting inside. RBC needs to address this branch, because clearly I'm not the only one with this issue.
M	Melanie W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATMs not working. None of them are working. So expect long lines since people have to line up for services the ATMs could usually handle. While I'm here writing this review, I also wanted to mention that the last time I came in here (to open a bank account for my child), they (very politely) asked whether I have access to internet at home, so I could go home and book an appointment. That was pretty insulting. I guess they figured because I'm black and not wearing my work clothes that that's the kind of life I'm living ?. They let me stay and open the account anyway, and once they loaded my account information, they prattled on about what a "valuable client" I am and tried to sell me additional products. The one redeeming factor is the staff here are actually quite nice, but there's obviously larger issues going on at this branch.
T	The Transforming Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always under staff. Just to get a Bank draft, we had to wait for 45 minutes in queue. 2 out of 6 tellers are only working. Very time consuming branch.
S	Sparks O'b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what I expect from my bank. Lots of employees walking around, only 1 or 2 tellers. The wait line is ridiculous at this location. The Don Mills and Lawrence location is better. This location happened to be closer at the time but the customer experience is lacking.
S	Shan Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder the rating is so low. I was there for an international transfer but they made me wait because half of the people didn't know how to do the transfer. And then I went to this lady, she started helping me but really unprofessional..she kept asking her manager I think. After that, she overheard her colleague was dealing with a problem so she jumped off from her seat and went to help her colleague. So I waited and this gentleman started helping me. After she was done with her business, she told me I needed certain info which I was trying to get a hold of the receiver. While waiting for replies, she stared at me rudely and questioning me when am I gonna get the info to her. Funny thing is I waited patiently for you, is it hard to wait for the same amount of time for me? Are they not trained professionally or have any customer service skills? I gave my best attitudes to her but as a client, this branch needs further training.
