★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to deposit a cheque from the sale of a vehicle from pbr auctions and I was clearly the minority in the whole bank. (Caucasian) and the teller tells me there policy is a four day hold on none royal bank accounts. I explained no other royal bank has put a hold on cheques I've cashed. She insisted they all do. And like I told her I was call royal bank as soon as I left. They told me it was just that bank and or that teller, and had I of deposited it at normal banks I deal with they wouldn't of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try not to go to this branch as they are always so slow (reminds me of sloths working behind the counter in that disney movie). Every time I’ve been here, they have people walking and chatting behind the CSRs just ignoring the long line of customers. Many people have complained before but looks like this branch does not give a damn.
Only if RBC could provide some more customer service orientations to employees and managers at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sruthy help me with my daughters savings acc on two different occassion. She is so accomodating and answering all my questions politely. Even i got home and have another question still helps me and giving me suggestions. I highly recommend her for any bank needs. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service from a bank advisor named Tosin at this branch. She missed appointments, rescheduled them incorrectly and was overall incredibly unprepared and disrespectful during the whole process. For your own sanity do not deal with this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer for over 30 years and I was very displeased with the customer service at the Worobetz location. On a Tuesday morning, there were clients lined up to the front door with only 3 representatives assisting. I waited over 20 minutes to speak to a representative. Yes, I used the automated machine for all of my banking but there was a discrepancy. The tellers seemed to need assistance from other tellers and slowed down the process. There seemed to be a lack of skills in dealing with banking issues. I would not recommend this location for assistance. Definitely needing a lot of work to win over my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never dealt with a worse bank. If I could give them no stars I would . I went there today to open an account, and to cash my work check. The staff were incredibly rude ?. When I asked why they wouldn't cash it, The manager accused me of fraud ? I have never had an RBC account or a criminal record. I've filed a complaint with their head office.
