I wouldn't say my experience was horrible, but I was made to feel embarrassed and alone the entire time I was there. I informed the person working with me that I had a fear of medical procedures, to which she told me "You're only scaring yourself." which is insensitive at best. She also forced me to go in alone, instead of letting my fiance come with me despite the fact that I had to go through invasive and moderately painful procedures. I wouldn't call her friendly. Indifferent, possibly. She did try to be kind of friendly with me during parts of the procedure, but things she had said to me prior had already made me feel terrible about being there. They claimed it was policy to force me to go alone(Which I have never in my life seen happen before), but there was a chair in the room for an extra person, and the idea of making people go alone for something like that raises red flags for me. That gives the opportunity for patient abuse, so I please ask that you review and change this policy. That one change would have made my experience so much more inviting, comfortable, and less traumatic. The receptionist seemed very friendly, and I didn't interact with any of the other staff. I'm not going to call out anyone directly, I just think these are issues that can be easily fixed with a bit more understanding and compassion for people.

My girlfriend just recently got her first ultrasound done here and the lady that did it was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. didn't offer her to see it or anything and was very rude, she told us how many weeks and there is no possible way she could've known that in the 5 or less minutes we were there for. The way she was talking to her was very disrespectful. We waited for are pictures at the end and they told us they have nothing for us and so we left. We went to a professional and found out that everything she did was very wrong. First off a doctor has to tell you how many weeks. But the lady seemed to just guess..

I had my 8 week ultrasound 2 days ago and I'm still so upset with my experience. Where do I begin. When I called to book my ultrasound I was asked how many weeks I was and I said only 4 weeks. I told her my doctor wanted me to have an ultrasound between 6 and 10 weeks. She said all snotty, "well you won't even be able to see anything until you are at least 8 weeks." Like okay then. 8 weeks is fine with me. Whatever. So I patiently waited a month for the day of my ultrasound, so nervous and excited to see my baby. I'm called into the room. The tech is a brunette lady, with glasses, probably in her mid to late 50's. She barely looks at me as she greets me. She's wearing a mask, but it is down below her nose -- very unprofessional for a medical person. She begins the ultrasound and I'm patiently waiting for her to turn the screen toward me. Finally she does and says, "there's your baby, and the heartbeat there." But she literally stayed in that spot for 2 seconds and then moved away from the baby. I assumed she would go back to it again to show me more. Especially when I told her how relieved I was to see the heartbeat after having 4 miscarriages in the past. She came across as completely indifferent when I told her this. Next thing I know is she says, "well, that's it," and removes the wand and tosses some paper towel on my stomach. I said, "that's it? Did you get the heart rate?" She said yes. I had to ask what it was. Usually they play it out loud for you to hear. I had been waiting for that to record for my husband to hear. The whole procedure lasted less than 5 minutes. She told me to come back at 20 weeks if i wanted to know gender. I was thinking, ummmmm no. I will NEVER return. She told me I could get a photo at the front desk. It was the same picture printed twice on one paper, terrible quality. I still feel so sick to my stomach as I'm writing this. This is my fourth and last baby and it was supposed to be a special moment for me to see my baby. I've never had such a terrible experience during an ultrasound before. Other than the last time I went to this clinic 3 years ago, a pregnancy that I miscarried. They are just so heartless and careless there. It feels like they hate their jobs and like they get pleasure by killing an expectant mother's joy. That woman was an absolute bag and I hope people read this and request a different ultrasound clinic.

Overall great experience, the receptionists were very accommodating and the tech that did my ultrasound was very pleasant! Would recommend!!

I feel so bad that i had to feel that i violated there rules by accepting a phone call from my boss before i read the sign inside the clinic.. it didn’t last a minute and I quickly apologized when i read the sign.. is that the reason that they have to look at me so angrily? Its not even busy yet and im the only one in there.. she is so rude.. even when she started to ultrasound my abdomen.. my god.. i never felt so humiliated just for a phone call.. I apologize that is the thing and never get a respond from them.. instead she look at me so angrily and so racist…a blonde girl maybe 5/8 in height.. even I want it to say thank you after the ultrasound.. i just walk away without saying anything.. except to the girl at the desk.. I don’t wanna go back there.. i wish there is any other ultrasound clinic near me..

All their staff are very rude. They are always angry or something. Plus they told us that they are very confident, 100% about the gender, and the tech said she was never wrong. She said we're having a boy, but we had a girl.

States on door open at 7:30. We were told to show up at 7:45. Staff shows up at 7:50(with tummies coffee). Doors open at 8:00. We get in @ 8:10. Are time is precious. Staff should be more aware of this. Won't go there again.

Had a great experience at this ultrasound clinic. I was having some complications with my pregnancy and had to come in very last minute and they were able to get me in right away. The tech was very friendly and comforting in this stressful time in my life. I even got photos printed on photo paper as a nice keepsake.
