C	Caley Smyth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate lower I would. Routinely over 1 hour wait time to speak to anyone. Email link on Direct Investing website goes to a "page not found". Purchase costs for stock are higher than other platforms too. Be nice if those billions of dollars of profit RBC is announcing every quarter went to actual customer service and a competitive trading platform. I am now moving entire portfolio to Questrade.
D	DW L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does your time have absolutely no value to you? If your answer is yes then this is the company for you! Expect to spend minimum 1.5 hours on hold to speak to someone...but wait there’s more! You’ll spend 30 minutes once your call is answered being placed on sporadic holds by the customer service employee! Enjoy hours of horrendous hold music and leave the call without resolution frequently. CIBC has lower trading fees and doesn’t charge a quarterly fee FYI.
D	Doug van Kampen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pack of clowns, awaiting times usually over an hour. When you do get someone they dont know what to do and put you on hold longer. The on hold music is crackling repeat with a sudden start stop which makes you think maybe someone's picking up. You dont dare turn it down in fear of missing the pick up. Then sometimes they disconnect the call and make you go through it again. I have about 6 hours of phone time on one simple issue and have only spoken for around 5 minutes with an individual.
