★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je trouve ça vraiment tannant de devoir passer par un robot à chaque fois que je veut parler à un représentant. Ce fameux robot ne m'envois jamais à la bonne personne ou ne me transfert juste pas a quelqu'un en mesure de répondre à mes questions. Vraiment tannant de devoir faire 46 choix pour finalement ne pas avoir le service désirer....
 I find it really annoying to have to go through a robot every time I want to speak to a representative. This famous robot never sends me to the right person or just doesn't forward me to someone who can answer my questions. Really annoying to have to make 46 choices to finally not have the desired service ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des gens qui veulent vous aider oui , mais pris dans une structure ou chaque clients n’est qu’un numéro. Il faut tout faire par le centre d’appel , des heures d’attentes , des agents offrant un service médiocre.... RBC n’est plus ce qu’elle était. Je ferme tout mes compte et ne ferai plus jamais affaire ici. J’ai du monter au service des plaintes pour me faire gentiment dire qu’il en avait rien à faire que je quitte pour Desjardins ....
People who want to help you yes, but caught up in a structure where each client is just a number. You've got to do it all through the call center, the waiting hours, the poor service agents ... RBC isn't what it used to be. I close all my accounts and will never do business here again. I had to go up to the complaints department to be kindly told that I didn't care that I left for Desjardins ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De loin meilleur que desjardins, taux hypothécaire très concurentiel et bon service. Seul point à améliorer, le temps d'attente pour parler à un conseiller est interminable.
Far better than desjardins, very competitive mortgage rate and good service. The only point to improve is that the waiting time to speak to an advisor is endless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peu importe la fois que j'y vais chaque transaction avec chaques clients prend énormement de temps , depuis la fermeture des autres sucursale c'est epouventable. Tu veux faire un dépot pour un compte entreprise et bien prevois toi pas de rendezvous pour le reste de la journée par se que tu va attendre 4 h a attendre
No matter how often I go every transaction with each client takes a very long time, since the closing of the other branches it is dreadful. You want to make a deposit for a business account and do not plan to make an appointment for the rest of the day because you will wait 4 hours to wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services aux clients par téléphone épouvantable, faut attendre des heures. Depuis que ma banque a été transféré, le guichet automatique n'est disponible que si le Centre d'achat où il est situé, est ouvert. Je ferme mon compte.
Customer service over the phone appalling, have to wait for hours. Since my bank has been transferred, the ATM is only available if the Shopping Center where it is located is open. I close my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just moving to Canada from the U.S. and went in to open an account. I didn’t know that I needed an appointment but even without an appointment they took the time to open an account for me and the 2 personnel that I dealt with were super nice. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you.
