★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!! Called for a mortgage approval with Julie Bilodeau, I send in my documentation right after I hang up with her. She sends me a confirmation of reception 2 days later by email. 3 days go by no news so i send her an email... no reply. I send another email because I have 15 days to confirm my approval and time is running out, still no answer. The next day I call first thing in the morning... obviously she does not answer her phone. I leave a message. A mortgage approval should take between 24 to 48 hours, it has been 2 weeks no answer or reply. This is unacceptable.
