★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst company you could ever deal with. I dealt with a representative named Martin Desrosiers for many years. He retired, and without telling me/asking my permission, he sold all of my accounts to another sales rep. This person he sold the accounts to, Eric Beauchesne, is terrible. I have asked him by email, and phone conversation to do many things over the years. He has never done anything. In addition, I have called Groupe Clouthier in Trois-Rivieres a few times to complain about the service, and they dont even have enough courtesy to call me back. STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AT ALL LEVELS
