Talking about my account loudly with no professionalism. I can’t believe this is RBC!!! RBC has a an excellent reputation but this branch should be called Desjardins.

A	André Leclerc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a promotion (valid until april 2019) where 25$ would be given for new kids account. My wife called and made an appointment and I went with my son to fill the paperwork. 30 min later I was informed the account was set-up. I asked, 'So where can we expect the 25$ to be transferred in my son's account'. The rep was like 'oh, I don't see in your account signing up for a promotion'. I retorted, well go on your website it says 'Open Leo account, get 25$'. So he went, and right on cue that's what it said. The rep toss his hand in the air and said his hands were tied, he couldn't authorize it himself and didn't know who could. I told him they had just wasted our time and to close my son's account. Joke's on them, that 25$ they gipped me will cost them thousands of dollars. As soon as mortgage is up for renewal, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
g	georgina isabel hdez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is unfortunately my neighbourhood branch and I have gone in twice in person in the last two months to ask them to please clean the drive through station. The keyboard is filthy and the same stains have been there for months. I was told that the screen and keyboard were cleaned weekly, which cannot possibly be true since I stop by every couple of weeks and the same stains remain. On my second visit three weeks ago, my complaint was written down by the clerk and I was told the manager would be notified. Again, the drive through remains in the same state and nothing has been done.

Apparently we must somehow inform them. Most dishonest reason as to why, never again do I ever wanna see RBC. I'll never place a penny to this bank.

I	Isabel Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience at the Le Plateau Royal Bank branch yesterday. There was no line up at around 2pm (with what looked like 4 Bank Tellers free to serve people) and the nicest Bank Teller gave me the "royal" treatment with quick service and most importantly, understanding of my circumstances with her delicate manner full of compassion. She didn't rush me (and I checked to make sure I wasn't making anyone wait in line) when I explained what I needed doing and why and she reassured me that she would be there next time I needed banking services. A really human experience that I was not expecting. I highly recommend this branch - as I have had very good experiences in the past - and I just had to write about yesterday's!
