The purchase was complicated due to a quick possession date and Without Rask Law I am certain we would have missed deadlines and been charged penalties. Sherry did everything possible to ensure that things got done on time. She stayed on top of the bank and coordinated paperwork. Sherry was so dedicated I was able to communicate with her via email long after office hours. I highly recommend Rask Law to anyone who is selling or purchasing a home.

We mainly dealt with Sherry and their articling student Timothy, but everyone was wonderful to work with. Answered all our questions and any concerns quickly. Very professional, great communication, everything went very smoothly with no issues. We definitely plan on using Rask Law again for any of our law office needs.

Sherry is ?????????, has a ????????? ????? ?? ?????? ????? ???? ????? ????????????, and she will (and has, on numerous occasions) go ????? ??? ?????? to ensure a smooth purchase/closing process - not an easy thing to do when, as anyone who has ever purchased or sold property before knows, ???????? ??? ?????????? ??? ???? ?? ?? ??? ???? ????. ???? ?? ???? (??? ?? ????), ??? ??? ????? ?? ?????? ?? ????????? ???? ???? ?????????. Sherry also partners well with others. To quote our Realtor on closing yesterday: “???? ? ???? ???? ??? ??? ???? ? ???? ???? ???????”
Anyone who tells you purchasing or selling a home is fun is, in my opinion, sadistic! Until the ink dries you’re often on edge of your seat (or at least I am) whether you’re the buyer, or the seller. ????? ??? ?????? ??? ?????? ?????? ??? ????? ??????? ?????? ??? ??? ?????? ???? ?? ?? (??? ??????) ?????? ??? ?????!

We were in a bit of a time crunch and they were able to take us on and get everything done. We had the pleasure of working with Sherry and Amber. Sherry constantly kept us updated on the progress and made sure we had everything we needed. Amber went through all the legal documents with us and we would have been lost without her. She explained everything very clearly and made sure we were comfortable. It is a stressful process but the team at Rask Law genuinely made it stress free and enjoyable (not usually two words you use to describe signing legal documents haha).
