Dr. Chubaty has been in family practice and as a general health care practitioner for a number of years. He holds active licenses in both Manitoba and in Arizona. His past Arizona practice time makes him aware of the needs of US clients. Dr. Chubaty was instrumental in founding Unicity Labs in Winnipeg and also when practicing in the US Lincoln Family Physicians Lab. These previous experiences in founding Labs give Dr. Chubaty extensive knowledge and experience in the Lab business and public health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place. The whole family came to get RT-PCR tests for our trip overseas. The booking online was very easy, the staff were friendly, and the appointments were right on time. Everyone was completed with certified results in about an hour. Highly Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend this testing site to anyone. You pay $250+ to get tested by people who don't seem to have any background in healthcare in a dirty closet-like clinic. We almost left upon arrival because it seemed like a scam. We ended up getting tested and received our results 6 hours later when it said we would get them in 2 hours. We didn't need the results right away, but it is important to note this in case people are in a time crunch.
They send the results through Jotform, and as someone who works in tech, I know very well that Jotform is not a secure platform to be sending confidential documents. To top it all off, the people who work here inputted my birthdate and address incorrectly. For $250, you would think they would notice that they put my birth year as 2296. I contacted them to revise the document, which they did; however, they took zero accountability for the errors and said that it is up to us to spot their mistakes and reach out to have them fix them.
After sharing a few words with them over the phone, they emailed me apologizing for the errors. Maybe start with that next time.
