★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same problem here as I did at bragg creek, we booked privately but were matched up with others. Which naturally led to meaningless confrontation because no one follows the poor version of rules they give you. I found the staff to be extremely rude to us even though we spent lots of $ at there facility. I will never go back to this field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a birthday party booked for 10 boys and I received a call on November 26 to say my November 29 party will be cancelled because it will only be +1 and it will be too cold? What weather we're they expecting for Calgary in November! And the manager didn't care at all. I have never seen something like this! Horrible!
