R	Rochelle Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the best experience at Stingers in Brockville! I brought a client with me who I am supporting and the owner Andrew couldn’t have been more welcoming. Andrew allowed us to come in early as I explained I was supporting the individual for a set amount of time and it was my mistake I hadn’t realized they were closed...Andrew was empathetic and set us up with a table and took the time to check in on us throughout our games, even though he quite literally had his hands full. We had such an awesome experience! I am going to sign my child up for the yearly membership. Truly friendly experience. Thank you!

2	2Be The1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWESOME place to hang out and play. They have everything you can think of for fun for a day. Even an indoor airsoft range. Rental prices are cheap and the equipment is top shelf awesome quality.

Was denied a refund after spending 3 hours waiting to use the specified area, being bumped for bookings that they did not advise about prior to paying. Was denied any other type of compensation.

I was there from 930-230 and only got to play maybe 15 minutes because they kept kicking us off the field so they could run Lazer tag games. There isn't protected time for airsoft play but I was still charged for the full day. I understand bookings take priority but at some point when you're booked for the entire day you should stop selling for on demand activities or at the very least make it clear what the bookings look like for the day before charging. Another friend arrived at noon, was charged and was then told he wouldn't be able to play until 7:00. He was also told a refund wasn't possible even though he hadn't been allowed to play. I reached out to the owner and he was very rude and would not do anything to rectify the situation. I will not be back and will not recommend any airsofters return to this field.
T	Travis Pernitzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will no longer be returning to stingers, I went on Saturday to play airsoft and was advised it was quite busy. I am fine with that as in the past we would take turns with the laser tag players and paintball players. However, after playing 3 games the airsofters were told that since more laser tag players came we would no longer be able to play until 1900hrs, this was at around 1300hrs. We were then told we would not be offered refunds and could not partake in any other activities the facility offered despite not being able to do the activity we had paid $31.10 to do. Abismal customer service and deceitful marketing, once you pay they could care less about wether you have a positive experience or not.
