Amber was my sales lady and was very straight forward with pricing and the whole deal. Greg and lee have both been very helpful and knowledgable with parts! No complaints from me! When I am ready for my new side by side Rainy Creek will be my go to!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the side-by-side basically sat in the yard for half a year. 2 trips there, second one was to fix their mess ups. Being lied to about when it was even going to go in the shop got old fast. And when you try speak to the manager? Well he's never there - just the odd call back. The side-by-side is now home, not because it's finally fixed. It's because we made the trip there already after being told it's all good to go - before it made it to the trailer I noticed the very problem it was there to get fixed for, was NOT FIXED. Manager wasn't there (Saturday/understandable), but on the phone I once again got blamed for the issues, and then he blamed it on the weather and threatened me with lawyers. 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but good things to say about rainy creek power sports. I took my quad into red deer with bad fuel in it before I went to rainy creek and they told me it wouldn't start and they had to change out fuel pump they had it there for over a week and told me they wanted $2000 to fix it never picked up the phone had to drive into red deer to talk to them so I decided to take my business to rainy creek I picked up my quad from red deer dealer and they charged me $150 for doing absolutely nothing for a week besides trying to scam 2000 off me for something that didn't need to be fixed and lied to me said it wouldn't start as soon as I dropped off my quad at rainy creek they had it fixed and loaded back on my truck in under a hour for $120 if you are looking for trustworthy people to work on you're machine rainy creek power sports in eckville is the place to go absolutely amazing people to deal with and fast service will be bringing all my quads here in the future !

Next time I spend $26,000.00 on a side by side it wont be at Rainy Creek.

She is very knowledgeable and gets back to you promptly, which is very hard to come by at other dealerships. The rest of the staff was also great, they’re happy to help eachother to keep the customer happy. I would highly recommend Rainycreek Powersports to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Polaris into get a steering post replaced, When I took it there it had 2394km. They drove it into sled trailer it had the same km.When I got it home fired it up three week later, It is running on one cylinder and still has 2394km. This is the third motor job. Only 217km on last engine. Won’t warranty Engine because it’s just over a year. ALL Motor jobs DONE AT RAINY CREEK POWER SPORTS. They Don’t stand behind Their work.
